These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") are entered into between the customer ("Customer") and EVInstall.net, a Division of W3 Electric ("Installer") for the installation of electric vehicle charging equipment ("EV Charger") at the Customer's premises. By engaging the services of EVInstall.net, the Customer agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Installation Services: a. The Installer will perform the installation of the EV Charger at the Customer's premises according to industry standards and regulations. b. The Installer will use reasonable efforts to complete the installation within the agreed-upon timeframe, subject to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond their control.
2. Customer's Responsibilities: a. The Customer will provide accurate information regarding their premises, electrical infrastructure, and any necessary permissions or permits required for the installation. b. The Customer will ensure that the installation site is safe and accessible, with adequate space, power supply, and clearances as specified by the Installer. c. The Customer will be responsible for any costs associated with site preparation, modifications to electrical systems, or upgrades required for the installation of the EV Charger, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
3. Equipment: a. The Installer will provide the EV Charger and any necessary components as specified in the installation agreement. b. The Customer acknowledges that the EV Charger and related equipment remain the property of EVInstall.net until full payment is received.
4. Pricing and Payment: a. The Customer agrees to pay the agreed-upon installation fee as specified in the installation agreement. b. Unless otherwise agreed upon, payment is due in full upon completion of the installation. c. Any additional costs incurred due to changes or modifications requested by the Customer during or after the installation will be the responsibility of the Customer and will be invoiced separately.
5. Warranty and Liability: a. The Installer will provide a warranty for the installation workmanship for a specified period, as outlined in the installation agreement. b. The warranty does not cover defects or damages resulting from misuse, negligence, accidents, or unauthorized modifications to the EV Charger. c. The Installer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the installation or use of the EV Charger.
6. Termination: a. Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice if the other party fails to comply with any material provision of this Agreement. b. In the event of termination, the Customer shall be responsible for the payment of any outstanding fees or costs associated with the installation services provided up to the termination date.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the installation services are provided. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
8. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Customer and EVInstall.net regarding the installation services and supersedes all prior agreements, negotiations, or understandings, whether written or oral.

By engaging the services of EVInstall.net, a Division of W3 Electric, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
